Florence And The Machine Dominate Mojo Awards

The UK’s Mojo music magazine has just released its nominations for this year, as voted on by its readers, and Florence and The Machine are leading the way.  Florence leads all nominees with four nominations followed by Kasabian with three. 

Florence and The Machine is nominated in the following categories Best Album, Best Live Act, Breakthrough Act, and Song of the Year.  As perhaps a bit of a surprise, Rage Against The Machine’s “Killing In The Name” also comes through in Song of the Year; no doubt a direct result of their win over X-Factor champion Joe McElderry for the holiday charts in the UK.
